What causes Internet Gaming Addiction?

There are numerous factors that contribute to video game addiction. However, one of the primary reasons that online games can become so addictive is that they were intentionally designed to be that way. This is a tactic used by video game companies to increase profits and get more people to play their games.

Various studies show that playing too much computer games causes physical damages and increases anxiety and depression in players. Many studies show that most adolescents who are addicted to computer games have high heart beat and blood pressure due to too much excitement and stress.
